Yogayatan Group has acquired the said company in 2023, which was engaged in dredging operations on PAN India basis, through National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad, as per order dated 20-07-2023 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of India, 2016. The new management is now reflected in the MCA portal as Directors of the company and fresh share capital has been introduced in the company.
